Personal data processing policy
In plain language: what data maximrafikov.ru collects, why, and how it is used.
1. Controller
The personal data controller is sole proprietor Maxim Fanisovich Rafikov (INN 027900892408, OGRNIP 324028000202217), Ufa.
For data-processing questions: email [email protected], Telegram @mxm_r, or the contacts section on the site.
2. What data is processed
If you fill in the request form on the site, the controller may receive:
- name or company name;
- contact details (phone, Telegram, or email);
- task text, region or niche, desired result and deadline — if you provided them.
Technical data that may appear while using the site:
- standard GitHub Pages hosting logs (for example IP address and browser User-Agent) — on the hosting infrastructure side;
- theme preference (light/dark), stored in your browser
localStorageand not sent to the controller’s server.
The site is not meant for collecting special categories of personal data. Do not send passport details, bank credentials, or other information not needed for an initial task review.
3. Purposes of processing
- to reply to your request and contact you;
- to clarify the task and prepare a proposal;
- to conclude and perform a contract (or pre-contract talks), if you choose to work with the controller.
Legal basis: your consent (checkbox in the form) and/or necessity of processing to perform a contract or pre-contract steps at your initiative.
4. Retention period
Request data is kept while needed for correspondence, contract, and related obligations, and for a reasonable time after communication ends (typically up to several years — within ordinary business correspondence). On your request the controller will delete or anonymize data earlier, unless law requires otherwise.
5. Who receives the data
- The controller directly — the site does not send the request to a third-party form service. Pressing “Send” opens a Telegram draft (@mxm_r) and an email to [email protected] with a copy to [email protected]; you confirm sending in your app or mail client.
- Telegram / mail service — if you send the message or email, data passes through the infrastructure of the channel you chose (Telegram and/or the controller’s mail provider).
- GitHub Pages — static site hosting; may process technical requests to pages. Form contents do not go to the hosting server.
The controller does not sell your data and does not share it with third parties for advertising. If the form submission method changes, this section will be updated.
6. Cookies and analytics
Separate analytics cookies are not used at this time. Theme preference is stored locally in the browser (localStorage). A cookie consent banner is not shown until external analytics (for example Yandex Metrica) is connected.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, and deletion — write to the email or Telegram listed above. You may also file a complaint with Roskomnadzor.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.
8. Changes
The current policy version is always on this page. Publication date: 27 September 2026.
